Dave Beller

Dave Beller brings many years of experience in operations within the top level of the music industry to his role as Director of Operations at the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM). Originally from Baltimore, Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University’s College of Media & Entertainment. He has since honed his skills in managing complex systems, teams, and processes, making him well-suited to oversee CNM’s operations. His responsibilities include human resources, finance, facilities, IT, and the member database, to name a few, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Dave’s professional journey has been marked by a commitment to efficiency, innovation, and collaboration along with an insatiable curiosity. He has a proven track record of improving processes and systems, whether in a fast-paced startup or a large organization. At CNM, he looks forward to applying his expertise to support the nonprofit sector and enhance the experience of the organization’s members.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He holds a degree in jazz performance as a drummer and enjoys diving into all things music, in addition to exploring the outdoors, and staying up-to-date with technology. And he likes a good beer every now and then.

With a passion for operations and a dedication to excellence, Dave is excited to help CNM achieve its mission of amplifying the impact of nonprofits and their partners in the community.
