Job Summary
The PQI manager will review data in at least two different databases, assuring quality, and creating reports. The manager will complete data entry by inputting data from one database into the other. The manager will work closely with the data team, the Connecting Forward team, and database developers. The manager will create training and lead training for staff on using the databases. The manager should have experience working with clients, grant reporting, program design, and training staff on best practices. The manager will ensure best practice as it correlates with the Social Work code of ethics.
Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the F&CS Data Team and state database teams.
• Provide training to new hires on databases and data collection protocols
• Provide ongoing training to ensure quality improvement
• Create training manuals
• Aid in the creation of a policy and procedures manual for the program.
• Aid data team in building, usage, and reporting in Salesforce
• Complete data entry assignments
• Ensure quality enhancements of the database
• Work with the database team to create and improve the database and ensure that it is easily accessible to staff
• Run reports (Agency Referral Report, Salesforce Reports, UAT Reports)
• Ensure best practice is followed
• Support the Senior Director in ongoing program design
• Regular attendance during office hours and reliable transportation are required.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a social service field or data-related field.
