Job Summary

Enters Edison Grant Purchase Orders, reviews and approves travel and expense claims, and performs other duties as assigned 

Job Responsibilities

  • Enters and approves payment purchase orders into Edison.
  • Primary liaison for all grant purchase order issues.
  • Reviews and approves agency travel and expense claims.
  • Performs onboarding of new employees by meeting with new employees to review the Ops information packet, taking pictures for ID, and following up on issues or concerns related to Operations.
  • Provides training for new employees and new managers for submitting and approving travel and expense claims in Edison.
  • Performs duties related to the Tennessee Housing Conference as assigned.
  • Serves as backup to the Operations Support Specialist.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • One year of Professional office or procurement experience required

  • Ability to hear and speak on a telephone.
  • Ability to use a telephone headset for extended periods of time.
  • Current, valid driver’s license from domicile state and the ability to drive.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
