Development Coordinator
Full-time (36 hours/week) Hybrid Position in Franklin, TN
Expected Salary Range of $50,000 – $55,000 based on qualifications

We are looking for a Development Coordinator to join our team. This role reports to the Development Director and supports the marketing and fundraising activities of the organization. We are looking for an excellent communicator to help nurture long-term donor relationships through both public-facing campaigns and internal processes.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns, with an emphasis on building third-party authority.
  • Support, develop, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for House to Home (a video series that gives a behind-the-scenes look at home modifications).
  • Collaborate with team members to inform and execute ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement annual event fundraiser; coordinate community partner events.
  • Support the cultivation of long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Support media campaigns.
  • Support the fundraising initiatives of the organization including individuals, companies, foundations, churches, and service organizations.
  • Support the Development Director and grant writing team to secure new grant opportunities.
  • Make asks for funds, event partnerships/tickets, and in-kind donations.
