Job Summary
Guardianship and Trust (GTC) is a 501(c)3 agency. GTC was established to serve those who are unable to make informed and rational decisions for themselves regarding financial, Medical, and other matters of priority. GTC’s staff are court-appointed to serve as guardians or Conservator for wards of the court who are deemed incompetent to handle their affairs.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Bank Reconciliations
- Grant Writing
- Assist with TDFI Exams and Annual Audits
- Maintain Bank and Brokerage Account Files
- Assist with obtaining information for client tax returns/K1s
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Must have proven written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s License, and automobile and show proof of automobile insurance
- Must pass a background check
- No current or past bankruptcy
- Must pass a drug test
