Job Summary
For 27 years, the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition (TCC) has provided much-needed respite and support services to caregivers across the state of Tennessee. We have developed a model program, gaining national recognition and leading the way across the country by providing comprehensive support to caregivers. In June of 2021, we were named a “Rising Star” by ARCH (Access to Respite Care and Help), the foremost national organization on respite. We are seeking an energetic individual to lead outreach efforts across the state, targeted specifically at Latinx/Immigrant populations. The Bilingual Respite Coordinator will work with the Outreach Manager to develop and implement initiatives that increase agency visibility for Latinx/Immigrant communities. They will oversee the planning and implementation of outreach strategies and will cultivate relationships with other agencies, individuals, and other relevant organizations. The Bilingual Respite Coordinator will play a vital role in providing compassionate care management services to support Latinx/immigrant caregivers through the respite process.
This is a part-time position (15 hours per week), with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel. This is a hybrid position that entails working in our Nashville office and from home.

Job Responsibilities
- Engage in at least 3 outreach events per month, targeted towards Latinx/immigrant populations.
- Enroll and provide care management to Latinx/immigrant caregivers
- Develop and maintain a list of potential partnerships and methods for engagement.
- Maintain a calendar for outreach events, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities.
- Work closely with community partners to plan and execute various outreach events.
- Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners.
- Prepare accurate records and reports on the goals of the outreach plan.
- Data collection and entry.
- Assist with off-site events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience working with families involved in caregiving situations (personal involvement in caregiving considered).
- Commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
- Extremely organized.
- Ability to work independently.
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills (Spanish and English).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven.
- Detail oriented.
- Effective time management skills.
