Part 2:  Communicating Better Using DISC with Nicole Provonchee

Teaches participants how to improve communication by understanding different personality types through the DISC model. Learn how to adapt your communication style to build stronger relationships, reduce conflicts, and enhance collaboration.

Part 3: Performance Management and Evaluation with John Thalheimer

Part 4: Taking Care of Your Teams / Addressing Staff Burnout with Candace Surface
