Event Description:
Join us for a town hall about Mayor O'Connell's Choose How You Move transportation plan with the supporting campaign, Nashville Moves, on October 21st. The plan, which includes installing over 600 smart traffic signals, adding 86 miles of new or improved sidewalks, expanding the bus service to 54 miles of all-access corridors 24/7/365, implementing safety improvements at 35 of our most high-injury intersections, and more, is a result of community participation. Whether you walk, drive, bus, or bike, 'Choose How You Move' aims to make transportation faster, easier, and more affordable for all Nashvillians. Your voice is not just important, it's essential in shaping the future of our city, so come out and learn more about this exciting program.
