CEO Conversation: Innovate, Lead, Succeed – Business Strategies for Nonprofits (in-person)

Registration is closed for this event

Event Description:

As the nonprofit sector continues to evolve, leaders need to possess a distinct set of skills to manage change, solve problems creatively, and develop a leadership culture across all levels of the organization.

Sponsored by Pinnacle Financial Partners, and in partnership with Vanderbilt's Executive MBA Program, join CNM for our final CEO Conversation of 2023, as we learn and grow from our peers and expand our capacity to lead, influence, and inspire our teams. This session will be moderated by Professor Brian McCann – a leading authority in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and managerial economics – and a panel of distinguished nonprofit leaders across education, community engagement, and health.

The panelists will share their individual journeys and experiences, leadership frameworks, and business insights that have delivered positive organizational and social change. Professor McCann will guide the discussion and draw on strategic management principles to help you address challenges to achieve your organization’s mission.

Registration is open to nonprofit CEOs, senior leadership, and aspiring executives.
