Becoming an Inclusion Ambassador [DEI Workshop – Member Price $21] – (Online Classroom)

An Inclusion Ambassador is based on the seven core competencies of the Culture Shift Team Ambassador Model: Awareness, Trust-up, Skill-up, Commit, Act, Engage, and Champion. This workshop is designed to increase awareness of the importance of diversity ambassadorship and develop the skills needed to be successful ambassadors for your organization internally and externally. Inclusion Ambassador also serves as an introduction to a powerful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) planning tool that the organization can deploy to launch or elevate DEI strategy.

Learning Objectives:
•    Create synergy between all facets of diversity initiatives
•    Integrate reward and recognition for ambassadors, advocates, and allies
•    Create ongoing learning and reflection
•    Promote peer learning among ambassadors

Note: This workshop can be used as an elective for all CNM Certificate programs requiring additional electives for completion.
