About CEO Conversations:
CNM’s CEO Conversations series is designed to provide learning and networking opportunities for Nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs. With a mix of educational and social gatherings, CEO Conversation events allow space for Executives to share best practices while strengthening the whole nonprofit community.

Ask Me Anything: Navigating Personnel Challenges with Martha Boyd – Join us for an insightful session where Martha Boyd will address key issues in personnel management, including recruiting, discipline and discharge, compensation (including the latest updates on the new Department of Labor (DOL) rule raising salaries for exempt employees), leaves of absence, and other issues. This interactive discussion will provide valuable insights and practical advice to help nonprofit leaders effectively manage their teams and stay compliant with evolving regulations.
