Kelly Braniff joined CNM in 2022 as the Chief Partnerships Officer. Before joining the CNM team, she served as Executive Director for Midwest Nursing Research Society and the Midwest Nursing Research Society Foundation leading a team to ensure the daily operations of the organization, maintaining successful completion of the strategic plans, and hosting a 1,000+ annual scientific research conference.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University of New Orleans, Kelly has spent the last 20+ years focusing her professional career on nonprofit management including fundraising, volunteer management, communications, recruitment, project management, membership services, and institutional advancement. She has enjoyed a broad scope of the nonprofit field having served larger organizations such as Saint Thomas Health Foundations as the Director of Stewardship, Annual Giving, and Advancement Services, as well as, smaller organizations such as Saint Ann Catholic Church and School as the Director of Advancement. The constants in all her past experiences have been her passion for service and her love of relationship development. She works hard to ensure nonprofits including staff, volunteers, and donors know the immense joy of getting involved in a compelling mission and having an impact on the world around them.
When not at work, Kelly enjoys living life to the fullest including traveling, cheering on her sons at sporting events, playing with her sweet pup, Greta, and all things outdoors. Most weekends, you can find her with her husband and two sons hiking, camping, or kayaking. She loves to spend time in her garden and is an avid runner who enjoys endurance and 24-hour relay races. If you want to see her smile, just mention her hometown New Orleans!
