Need space for an upcoming board meeting, strategic planning retreat, workshop, or staff meeting? CNM offers multiple room rental options in our main office building at Silo Studios in The Nations. CNM members enjoy discounted rates on all room rentals.
Meeting Room:
- Ideal for groups of up to (8) guests
- Available Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- (1) 10-foot table
- (8) chairs – additional chairs available upon request
- Complimentary coffee, ice water, and Wi-Fi
- Video and audio hybrid capabilities (add-on charge)
- Free onsite parking
Pricing:
- CNM Member: $40/hr ($320 per day)
- Non-Member: $50/hr ($400 per day)
Workshop Room:
- Ideal for groups of 20-35 guests (max capacity is 40)
- Available Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- (15) 5-foot tables
- (30) chairs – additional chairs available upon request
- Complimentary coffee, ice water, and Wi-Fi
- Video and audio hybrid capabilities (add-on charge)
- Free onsite parking
- Multiple setup and layout options are available (click to open)
Pricing:
- CNM Member: $100/hr ($800 per day)
- Non-Member: $125/hr ($1,000 per day)
