The University of Tennessee College of Social Work Social Justice Changemaker Award
Award Summary:
CNM’s ‘Salute to Excellence’ UTK College of Social Work Social Justice Changemaker Award celebrates a minority-led nonprofit organization’s outstanding commitment to social justice. The award recognizes a minority-led nonprofit agency’s transformational work relative to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their mission-centered work.
Finalists Awards:
An award of $5,000 will be presented to the category winner. $2,500 will be presented to each of the two finalists.
Requirements for the Social Justice Changemaker Award:
• Must be a minority-led organization that has been a 501(c)(3) for at least three years and provide significant services to the Middle Tennessee area
•Local chapters of national organizations may apply, provided the chapters are locally managed and have financial information available on a local basis.
