Job Summary
Overall strategic planning, revenue generation, financial management, organizational development, staff management, and program operations.
- Fundraising and recruiting volunteers.
- Community relations: Serve as the primary spokesperson for ACT.
- Advocate to enhance employment opportunities for individuals with autism.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic plan in alignment with ACT’s mission and vision. Work closely with the Board of Directors.
- Fundraising
- Program Development
- Cultivate relationships with community leaders and organizations.
Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Nonprofit Management, Special Education, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge about program development and administration.
