TPAC is a nonprofit performing arts organization and cultural anchor providing enriching arts experiences for all ages, empowering lifelong arts education programs, artistic expression reflective of our community, arts connections that support the local economy, and sustainable support for professional resident companies and local artists.

OBJECTIVE

 The Prospect Analyst Manager is to research, analyze, and identify potential donors and sponsors to participate and contribute to the BE Bold. Build TPAC Capital Campaign.

Job Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Constantly research new prospective funders and rate their potential.
  • Coordinate database tracking of funders and potential funders.
  • Maintain potential funders’ gift history in Tessitura and track pertinent data.
  • Conduct private tours as needed for prospects.
  • Create reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
  • Support Chief Campaign Officer with tasks such as arranging meetings, maintaining calendar and contacts, and preparing expense reports and weekly progress reports.
  • Work with others throughout the organization to implement and exemplify policies as part of TPAC’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, access, and equity.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Innovation, creativity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Capacity to balance multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Must have the ability to use
  • discretion in dealing with confidential and personal information. Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Tessitura.

SOFTWARE AND SERVICES USED

Microsoft Office Suite, and Tessitura

FREQUENT FUNCTIONS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Frequent Functions: Work in an office environment. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.  Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends.
