According to the National Council on Nonprofits, women executives at nonprofits earn 8.9 percent less than men. About 70 percent of nonprofit employees are women, yet they do not rise to leadership in the same proportion as men do. Still, women make up about 60 percent of the leaders of small nonprofits. Now that we know the data, how do we fix the problem?
Join us on March 28th as we meet with the women on top who are shattering glass ceilings and making space for those of us still climbing the ladder. The day starts with breakfast and networking opportunities. Then join us for a panel discussion to talk about the good, bad, and possibilities for and from women the women making it happen!
We’ll have two workshops around allyship and salary negotiation with lunch provided. It’s an event you don’t want to miss! The admission to the event is $35 with a $10 discount for CNM members!
