Membership is available to any nonprofit, and the cost of membership is dependent on budget size, according to line 12 on Form 990 or line 9 on Form 990-EZ for the most recent fiscal year:

$0 to $49,999 $50
$50,000 to $99,999 $75
$100,000 to $299,999 $100
$300,000 to $499,999 $150
$500,000 to $999,999 $200
$1,000,000 to $1,999,999 $300
$2,000,000 to $499,999,999 $400
$5,000,000 and up $500
*Membership is only available to nonprofit organizations and is not open to individuals.
